Landlord Gas Safety Certificate (or records, checks) can only be completed by a gas engineer who is officially registered on the ‘Gas Safe Register’. This register replaced the previous well-known ‘CORGI’ scheme in 2009.

Our Process
We work quickly, professionally, with high levels of customer care, and at times to suit you and your tenants. Our gas safety checks are done via an electronic device. The certificate can then be emailed directly to the landlord or agent and printed or forwarded as required.
The certificate is held on a secure database. An annual reminder is generated and forwarded to the landlord or agent, by either email SMS or letter. We feel this is a superior service to a handwritten certificate which can be lost or damaged.
